President & Founder
About the Founder
Diagnosis before treatment. Evidence before action. The same rigor that guides critical-care decisions guides every deal we underwrite.
I am a Board-Certified Neurointensivist and General & Vascular Neurologist, practicing in Texas for over a decade. My professional life blends clinical care with academic leadership — serving as a clinician, educator, researcher, and mentor across several prominent academic institutions.
Beyond medicine, I am deeply engaged in commercial real estate. Over the past five years, I have personally invested in nearly 50 properties nationwide across diverse asset classes — first as a passive investor, then as an active partner working alongside experienced operator teams across the country.
As a co-General Partner, Joint Venture partner, and Key Principal, I have helped acquire over $60 million in assets under management — 368 doors across six markets. My role centers on capital raising, loan guarantees, and aligning physician investors with vetted, recession-resilient opportunities.
I built Neuroview Capital for people like my colleagues: high-earning professionals with little time, who deserve investments that work as hard as they do.
Investment Thesis
We concentrate on three sectors that have consistently demonstrated durability through economic cycles — needs-based real estate that people rely on in good markets and bad.
Enrollment-driven demand anchored to major universities. Pre-leased annual cycles create predictable cash flow that is largely insulated from broader economic swings.
Needs-Based DemandWorkforce housing in growth markets — the largest and most resilient segment of American rental demand, with value-add upside through disciplined operations.
Workforce HousingHealthcare-anchored tenancy with long leases and mission-critical build-outs. A sector we understand from the inside — as physicians ourselves.
Physician InsightHow We Invest
We co-invest through syndications and joint ventures alongside experienced operator teams with deep local expertise — never as passive intermediaries, always with our own capital at risk.
Every opportunity is examined with the same evidence-based discipline we bring to medicine: conservative assumptions, stress-tested projections, and a bias toward capital preservation.
As Key Principal and loan guarantor, we stand behind the deals we bring to investors. And through ongoing education, we help physicians become confident, informed stewards of their own wealth.
Where We Invest
We follow population growth, employment diversity, and landlord-friendly fundamentals — not headlines. Our current portfolio spans six markets selected for long-term demand drivers.
