Journey of Neurology to Commercial Real Estate

I am a Board Certified Neurointensivist, General & Vascular Neurologist, practicing in Houston, Texas for last 9 years. I am a Full Time Clinician/Academician/Translational Neuroscience Researcher. In addition, an avid Commercial Real Estate Investor .

 

In the world of Commercial Real Estate, I have personally invested in close to 35 properties across the country in different asset classes in the last 5 years as a Limited Partner (LP). I am also an Accredited Investor for the last 4 years. I started Active Participation in Commercial Real Estate in 2020. Since, operations is a key part of the acquisition, I work with multiple vetted and experienced operating teams for assets across the board in different parts of the country. My primary involvement is through Raising Capital for Multifamily Syndications and acting as KP (Key Principal)/ Guarantor. I have acquired properties in Denver, Student Housing Condominium Apartments in Michigan, Multifamily in Georgia and Kansas City with a total AUM of  50 million & 312 doors, as a co-GP (General Partner as a Capital Raiser) / via JV (Joint Venture).
